Consumer purchases are regulated by forbrukerkjøpsloven, angrerettloven, markedsføringsloven, personopplysningsloven, e-handelsloven og kredittkjøpsloven, and more. Check out lovdata.no for more information.
However, we don't have a back office for processing refunds, so we hope that you only book when you are sure you can use your session :)
When you book on our website and place an order, you simultaneously agree to our terms and conditions. Double-check that you have understood the terms before booking. Prices and times listed on the website are not necessarily always available.
We reserve the right to change or discontinue the sale of a product at any time. We may also change the terms as needed without prior notice. But don’t worry: the terms that are on the website when you book are the ones that apply to your booking.
PRICES
When booking on the website, the prices listed there apply. All prices are in Norwegian kroner (NOK). In case of obvious pricing errors due to technical or human errors, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund your payment.
PAYMENT
You can pay us in various ways:
Cash is outdated and not accepted (except as tips for the cleaning staff).
Ved og Vel/Heitebua never has access to your card information and cannot register or store your card details.
PURCHASE TERMS AND CUSTOMER INFORMATION
To make a purchase with us, you must accept our terms and conditions. By accepting the terms, you agree to follow them and acknowledge that you have read the information about Ved og Vel/Heitebua’s handling of personal data and consent to the use of cookies.
A booking is only valid when you have received an order confirmation from us by email.
You must ensure that the information you provide is accurate and complete. You are responsible for making sure it’s filled out correctly.
CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES
The right of withdrawal does not apply to single services that take place at a specific time or within a specific period, according to Section 19 of the Right of Withdrawal Act. A booking with us follows the same principles as purchasing a movie, concert, or plane ticket. Reservations can be transferred to another name free of charge but cannot be canceled.
CANCELLATIONS AND WEATHER CONDITIONS
If, for any reason, Ved og Vel/Heitebua cannot fulfill the booking due to technical issues or other external factors, the reservation will be canceled, and you will receive a full refund. We cannot guarantee the weather or the view. In the case of extreme weather and other force majeure situations, such as pandemics, war, riots, blockades, natural disasters, strikes, lockouts, import restrictions, hyperinflation, robbery, burglary, alien invasion, or monkeypox, customers will not receive a refund for bookings that cannot be used.
AGE LIMIT
All bookings must be made by individuals over 18 years old. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
